2. Scope of Services

Riseklix AI specializes in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI Visibility Audits, and ChatGPT Ads strategy. Our services are advisory and strategic in nature, designed to improve the probability of your brand being understood and cited by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Search interfaces.

3. Algorithmic Volatility and No Guarantees

Due to the stochastic and highly volatile nature of generative AI systems, Riseklix AI makes no guarantees regarding specific rankings, citation frequency, or inclusion in AI-generated answers.

• LLM outputs (from models such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity) can change dynamically based on model updates, context window shifts, and algorithmic re-weighting.
• We do not guarantee ad approval, platform access, or specific revenue outcomes, as these are ultimately controlled by third-party AI platforms.
• Clients acknowledge that "hallucinations" (factually incorrect outputs by AI) regarding their brand are outside our direct control, though our strategies aim to mitigate them through entity structuring.

4. Third-Party Platform Policies

Engagement with ChatGPT Ads, Google AI Overviews, or other generative advertising placements is subject to the terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria of those respective third-party platforms. Riseklix AI is an independent agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or Perplexity.

5. Client Responsibilities and Data Accuracy

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and validity of the information they provide to Riseklix AI. Any structural data (Schema.org), claims, or marketing copy deployed on the client's behalf must be factually correct. Riseklix AI accepts no liability for legal repercussions resulting from false claims or misrepresentations provided by the client.

6. Intellectual Property

The strategic frameworks, methodologies, code snippets (including proprietary Schema JSON-LD structures), and website designs provided by Riseklix AI remain our intellectual property until specifically transferred under a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our public Insights library without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Riseklix AI, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
• Any conduct or content of any third-party AI system.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us to use the specific service in dispute during the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Riseklix Media is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

9. Modifications to Terms

Riseklix AI reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
